    How to find shipping status?

    • 1. To find out whether your order is shipped. Please log into your account to find the status of your order. If it is shipped, there is a tracking number included.
    • 2. Use the tracking number to track on above sites. If your order is processed by Hong Kong Post, there won’t be any detailed tracking information. It will only tell you when the package leaves Hong Kong for destination country. However, it is possible that the national postal service website of your country carries more detail.


    Why there is no tracking number for my order?
