Order Not Received

If you have not received your order, follow the following steps:

• 1. Make sure your order is shipped You can go to your account to find the status of the order. Handling time is about 4 business days. If you have waited much longer than that, resort to live help or send us email.
• 2. If order is shipped track your order using tracking number provided. Please be reminded that there is no detailed tracking for Hong Kong Post. However, if you used EMS, you will find the accurate location of your package.

EMS

• 1) Wrong address. We will send full refund or send the order again if we make mistakes on the address. However, if the address you fill in the order is wrong, we need to deduct shipping for refund or you need to pay shipping if you still need the items. Package can also be returned if you
• 2) Package not claimed. EMS deliver package to your door but if you are not available when they come to your door, they will keep the package at post office and leave you a notice on how and where you can get the package. If the package is not claimed in 5 days, it will be returned. In this case we need to deduct shipping for refund or you need to pay shipping if you still need the items.
