If you have not received your order, follow the following steps:
1. Make sure your order is shipped
You can go to your account to find the status of the order. Handling time is about 4 business days. If you have waited much longer than that, resort to live help or send us email.
2. If order is shipped track your order using tracking number provided. Please be reminded that there is no detailed tracking for Hong Kong Post. However, if you used EMS, you will find the accurate location of your package.
1. Why it always says dispatching from sorting center, what does it mean?
When it says so, the package is leaving China to destination country. It usually takes 1-2 days but there are occasions, you need to wait longer. If you have waited more than 7 days for a update, which is rare, please report to us and we will look into it with post office and see if the package is processed. Delay of update might result from terrible weather, not enough light in peak season, strikes, etc.
2. My package is at Customs, is there a problem?
All packages will go through Customs inspection. They release the package in 1-2 days.
3. Package is returned, what is wrong?
1) Wrong address. We will send full refund or send the order again if we make mistakes on the address. However, if the address you fill in the order is wrong, we need to deduct shipping for refund or you need to pay shipping if you still need the items.

2) Package not claimed. EMS deliver package to your door but if you are not available when they come to your door, they will keep the package at post office and leave you a notice on how and where you can get the package. If the package is not claimed in 5 days, it will be returned. In this case we need to deduct shipping for refund or you need to pay shipping if you still need the items.
Hong Kong Post
Most Hong Kong Post packages will arrive safe and sound but please be warned that there are possibility the package is lost if you have waited for a month. You can find that packages have already left Hong Kong to your country but we can not guarantee delivery because there is no detailed tracking information. A few packages shipped to countries like Brazil or Argentina might be returned. If you chose Hong Kong Post for your order and have not received it, we refund only when the package is returned to us.
Trying to avoid tax, we ship big order in different packages at different times. You can find other tracking numbers in your order. If you can not find any, please contact us.
