    How much do you charge for agent service?


    We charge 10% on the total of TaoBao item price and domestic shipping from TaoBao supplier to AgentBao. The price you see on AgentBao includes the service fee.

    Do you ship to my country?


    We ship to every country where there is postal service.

    How do I pay for my order?


    You can pay with PayPal and western union.

    What currency is on Agentbao?


    We use us dollar.

    What is the minimum I have to buy?


    There is no minimum order quantity on AgentBao.

    When does AgentBao ship my order and I pay?


    We will ship the order in about 4 business days. Custom made items take longer to ship.

    Does AgentBao offer tracking number?


    Yes we will have a tracking number no matter what shipping method we use.

    How much is shipping and how long does it take to receive my order?


    Shipping depends on how much you buy and where you are located. You can calculate shipping by adding items to cart. We use Hong Kong Post and EMS. They took 15 and 8 business days to arrive respectively.

    Will I get refund if I do not receive my order?


    There is no detailed tracking information for Hong Kong Post. We do not offer refund if you used Hong Kong post and claim that you have not received order. However, if the order is returned to us, we will refund.
    EMS offers detailed package information and if you do not receive the package due to our fault, we refund.
    Please get in touch with us as soon as possible if you do not receive your order.

    What if I am not satisfied with my order?


    If you receive significantly different items, defective items, or damaged items, you can return the items for full refund. However, if the items you receive are the same with picture, or there is very minor difference, we do not accept refund. For more information, please refer to our return policy.


    Will I pay tax buying from overseas?


    Very few packages are taxed especially small packages. However, if tax occurs, customers are responsible for tax.
